Busy Experience Center Relaunched

The new member of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Ghana, Busy, has relaunched its experience center, formerly known as “Busy Internet” and has also out-doored new products and services targeted at empowering young professionals and entrepreneurs.

“Busy Internet” as it used to be called over the years has been a starting point for many businesses and young professionals in the country. For more than a decade the Busy flagship store has been a converging point for a lot of young adults where creative ideas are generated and shared.
 
Busy has also introduced My Busy Mobile app to offer customers the flexibility to  track their data usage, top up data, bundle data and control their data usage. The interactive online platform serves as a Web self-care app which allows customers to interact with busy seamlessly on their laptops or desktop.
 
Chief Executive Officer of Busy Praveen Sadalege, at the launch stated that, these products and services from busy are strategically introduced to boost the digital space where most Ghanaian youth are exploring their talents.
 
Chief Marketing Officer of Busy, Michael Fitzgerald seized chance to explain to the gathering how the newly launched service “3 paddies” operates “here customers are to recommend a minimum of 3 friends. When any of these three friend join Busy, the person who did the recommendation will receive free data and these new friends who just joined Busy, will get to buy the Busy starter pack at a very discounted rate which will come with a lifetime offer”. He said
 
He further stated that busy is looking forward to launch an SME programme in June 2017 and an interactive mobile app called “Chat+ which will allow all busy customers to freely chat, call and share pictures and videos.
 
Deputy Minister for communication, George Ander stated that the sector is ready to offer Ghanaian businesses like busy the needed support to help improve communication in the country.
 
He also stated that the future of global communication will largely depend on data and not voice.
 
Busy is the new brand name for Busy Internet, the newest 4G operator in Ghana. In 2016, Busy launched 4G services in Accra and Tema with the brand purpose of empowering Ghanaians to enrich their lives through connectivity. Busy has deployed the latest wireless broadband technology which will enable consumers, SMEs and large businesses to enjoy reliable, high-speed Internet connectivity whether on-the-go or in their homes and offices.
